I had at least an entire weeks worth of posts to write but can't for the life of me remember all of them. I really need to start writing these ideas down. Then I'd probably lose the paper I wrote them down on. Oh the vicious cycle!!!
Well, one thing I can and will post about is my addiction to my friend Tyler's cd. His group is called Broken Frame and I know I've talked about them before. They are truly amazing!!! I have had the cd playing in my car for weeks now. Perhaps there was one Barenaked Ladies break, but who doesn't take those?? (The Barenaked Ladies is the name of a band for those who may think I'm talking about something weird---you know who you are).
At any rate, for some reason I play certain songs over and over and over. Every other week I have a new favorite. There are a few songs that I will rewind to certain parts of the song. The funny thing is, is that I don't know any of the titles so I make up my own. The songs are either called "Track 1, 2, 3, etc." or whatever name I make up for them. For example, my all time favorite song is Track 7 which I call "Happy Song". There's a guitar lick that plays over and over at the beginning and I always sing, "Happy song, happy song, happy song......." So there's your title.
During the bridge of "Happy Song" Tyler's voice is absolutely amazing!! That's when I rewind and listen again and again and again. It never gets old (well, it hasn't yet).
So, that's my plug for my favorite cd of the past few months. Speaking of plugs, here's a video of the group with a lot of plugs to wade through. The song they are singing is called Track 1 or it might be called "Come With Me" not sure. At the very end of the video they sing a snippet of a great breakup song called Track 4 or perhaps "Barely Breathe". Again, I'm just guessing on the titles. Tyler is the lead singer. Enjoy!!

Tyler owes me a sweatshirt - he promised. Makes me mad whenever I see him. Hard Rock Cafe - Nashville. Big Booger!!!
Hmmm...No comment on why you always listen to the cd.
Happy song, Happy song...
