Book Recommendations

I have a few recommendations for you today.

1. Safe People: How to Find Relationships That Are Good for You and Avoid Those That Aren't

Amazing book!! I just bought this a few days ago and already I have underlined, starred and boxed so many things. This book is not only about Safe dating relationships but Safe friend relationships (I've been in a few unsafe friendships and it's not fun). I think it's also showing me some of my own characteristics that I can be dealing with and working on. The best part is that the men who wrote this book love the Lord and have sprinkled in Scriptures that go hand in hand with the situations they are referring to.

2. 3 books by my new favorite author, Jen Lancaster:

When I first started reading "Bitter....", a book that had be lent to me by either Abbey or my cousin Debra, I didn't realize until halfway through the book that it was a memoir. I know!!! It says it on the cover (Shut It!). At any rate, I then realized that this woman was quite the kindred spirit. Now I'm totally into her other books. Just finished my third and can't wait to go to her book signing in May for her newest release of:
