So Strange

Yesterday, whilst in Starbucks, I noticed a strange happening out of the corner of my eye. I saw some waving motions and had to check things out. There, to my left, stood a woman (in her 20's) doing the eenie-meenie-miney-moe to the sugary treats in the pastry cabinet. She looked over and me, so I said, "Did you pick one?" She said "yes", like this was an everyday occurance. The cashier looks up and says, "I totally missed that. What happened?" I said, "Oh, she was eenie-meenie-miney-moing a pastery." I think I may have said to either one of them, "That is freaking hi-larious!!!" When I left said Starbucks and got into my car, "Eenie" was getting into her car. She caught my eye, smiled at me and waved. I waved back. So strange!!!!

Just a little rabbit trail: On the radio I heard this DJ say this word twice now: Suppose"V"ly. I kept trying to listen harder to see what letter he was putting in that word and it was definitely a "V". Now I've heard the word correctly (supposedly), and I've heard it with a "B" (supposebly), but this is the first time I've heard it with a "V". So strange!
