Typically roller coaster rides are exciting, a little scary and overall entertaining. Hmmmm.....my roller coaster ride has to do with my weight. I suppose the first two hold true. Exciting: The first giant hill of losing 45 lbs. in roughly 6 months. A little scary: The apparent hill I had to have climbed in order to be able to roller coast down the 45 lbs. Overall entertaining: NOPE!!
Since about July I've hit the flat surfaces of the roller coaster as well as the mini hills. I decided last week, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!" I have to "get in the zone" (I totally hope this phrase works for dieting as well as Curves). So of course I did what every good dieter (oops! I mean lifestyle changer) does: I waited until Monday. :)
So, we've got the Curves going on and even though I've never stopped the Weight Watchers (it just so happened to get slightly "tweaked" along the way) I have started writing every point down again. Man! I would have NEVER blogged about this when I first got on this crazy ride, but it's just my life now and it's good to be open.
Now I would like to have a large dip in the roller coaster ride. NOT a giant dip (yet). All that to say, my goal is 15 lbs. in 3 months. I think that's incredibly reasonable and hopefully a low estimate.
And the ride continues! Thank you for your support. :)

Mary and I were talking the other day and wondered if a blog for the three of us focused on Weight Watcher wouldn't be a good idea. We could support eachother with posts and also keep track of our points there, post recipes etc. UGH, sounds like boring crap to me once I type it, but I do think it could be helpful. Just a thought.
This is not meant to suggest I am DOING Weight Watchers lol, but know I should. Currently I am using Mary's other diet plan, replacing meals with coffee. So far so good ;)
WHEE! (arms up in the air) Lets got this coaster moving! ;)
