I am no chef. I am no cook. I am no food maker. I think I would really enjoy cooking if I were cooking for more than just myself. Last night I had my dear friend Lisa and her two fabulously, wonderful and Hi-Larious daughters Janelle and Rebecca over to my house for dinner. I really only know how to make one thing well so that's what I made. I think it turned out well. I enjoyed cooking (hated cleaning up). The part that was difficult was that my air conditioner was broken and having the temp outside so high AND my oven and stove going.....not a good combination.
All of this to say, I think I'd like to take a cooking class. I'm gonna research. Anyone wanna join me?

Count me in - I'd love to take a cooking class. I hope your AC is working by now. We LOVED the pasta dish you made - so definately keep in in your repertoire. I don't know if I can watch Gilmore Girls without you, J and R there - wouldn't be as much fun.
