Intervention

Wow! 3 posts in one day! What the heck???? Well, y'all deserve it for being patient. I think I'll just blog when I feel a blog coming on. Too much pressure to blog when I think I have to do one every day.

Onto my post. So, I've been watching Intervention on A&E lately. It is horrible, heartwarming and a nail-biter. Horrible in the addictions that people face and all the alcohol and drugs they consume. Heartwarming in the words that the loved ones give them during the intervention. Nail-biting in the last little part at the end when they tell how the people are doing now.

I just saw one where the people looked GREAT after the 90 day rehab and then found out that one of the guys is back on heroine and his son is no longer living with him and his family has cut him off. That's got to be hard, but for this I think tough love is the way to go.

Crazy, sad stuff. Happy when they've been sober for months, though!!!
